TMG 2010 Windows Update Error 80072EE2
If you are using Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG) 2010, and Windows update fails on the TMG server with error 80072EE2 then this could be the fix for you. When you get this problem you will normally find the internet access via TMG is working fine, as well as the Malware Inspection and Network Inspection Systems updates work also on the TMG server.
Open a elevated command prompt ( Right click “Command Prompt” and select “Run As Administrator” )
Enter the following command 
netsh winhttp set proxy localhost:8080 and then press enter.
Now retry the updates and this should now work.
