Start-up location in Windows Server 2008
On Server 2008 R2 the all users start-up is located in a different place, it is now :-
C:\Program Data\MicrosoftWindows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
So if you need to add something to the start-up then this is where it needs to be added, I have used this recently to add something to all users on 2008 Terminal Server also.
