Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 Released Today

Microsoft has today released Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 to the public today, following its release to select early adopter channels.

Those of you who didn’t obtain the service back through any of Microsoft’s channels (or otherwise) may now get it through either Windows Update or the Microsoft Download Center. WinRumors have found a direct link to the x86 and x64 ISO image on Microsoft’s Download Center ahead of the official announcement. 

Build 7601.17514.101119-1850 RTM’d and was sent to OEMs/partners on the 9th, and was then released to those with TechNet/MSDN as well as Volume License customers the 16th.
