Error Code 32777 When You Try To Activate Microsoft Windows XP

If you try to activate Windows XP, you might get error 32777.

If you have just rebuilt the machine, like me change the system time is normally the last thing I do.  

But windows will not activate if the system time is to far out from the current time.  I changed the time and date to the correct one and it then worked ok for me.
