Server 2008 Shortcut For All Users
On server 2008 if you need a shortcut available to all users here is how you do it.
Navigate to C:userspublcPublic Desktop
And put the shortcut here.
Note : “Public Desktop” by default is hidden so you will probably have to enable view hidden files and folders.
